Hong Kong's longest running original live music concert organization "The Underground" will be celebrating with a bigger party than usual on Saturday 25 April 2009!

"Over the last five years, we've had over 250 bands perform at our showcases (nearly 100 shows), we've donated HK$12,400 (US$1600) to the Sichuan Relief and released Compilation CDs featuring Hong Kong local bands." said Chris B., the founder and the organizer of The Underground. "We decided we would have a party to celebrate our many achievements and to thank the people that have worked on these shows to make them a success."

The party will kick off at 9:30pm at California, Lan Kwai Fong with four great Hong Kong bands:

Summer Junkiez - winner of Hong Kong Asian Beat 2008
Airtub - who played Underground #1 (reforming for this special occasion)
Hard Pack - Hong Kong's top party punk band
Hard Candy - Hong Kong's leading all girl pop punk band
plus special guests  Us-2 Evil-0 from Manila, Philippines.

There will be a lucky draw on the night with prizes including an Epiphone Flying V guitar, Tom Lee vouchers and more.
