This event is organised by CLIQ Club. Dennis Christopher's journey in the world of house began in 1992. He fell in love with the energy of the first tracks that rocked his stereo. He knew this was his thing, right there and then... Dennis started playing at a lot of parties and clubs and learnt the tricks of the trade. Dennis has played at Maastheater (Rotterdam), Supperclub (Amsterdam), The Mansion (Amsterdam), Euromast (Rotterdam), Paradiso (Amsterdam), Bloomingdale (Bloemendaal), Republiek (Bloemendaal), Mecca (Scheveningen), Mysteryland to name a few... Nowadays Dennis travels a lot around the globe to perform in countries like: South Africa, Monaco, France, Germany, Russia, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Turkey and more. But that's not all...Dennis Christopher has been producing since 2000. In 2005 he hooked up with Mark Simmons and signed a new record deal with Spinnin' Records. It turned out to be one of his best moves yet. His tracks have been released on Onestar Records (Erick E), Ministry Of Sound (UK), Boss (UK), Data (UK), Spinnin' (NL), Tiger (DE) and Net's Work (IT), the list can go on and on.... His remixing skills have also been in high demand. Dennis Christopher has done remixes for Sugababes, Michael Gray, Supermode, Sharam, Scarlett Fantastic, Antoine Clamaran, Rachel Starr, Stonebridge...Supporting DJ's are: Stonebridge, Roger Sanchez, Mannix, Tom de Neef, Disco Boys, Thomas Gold, Eddie Thoneick, Mischa Daniels, Judge Jules and many more... In 2006 the Beatfreakz scored two top 10 hits in the UK with their Beatfreakz Project. Somebody's Watching Me went up to number three in the UK charts and has appeared on 50+ compilations so far. Their follow up Superfreak went to number seven in the UK charts and is now high in the German Dance Charts as well. Apart from the Beatfreakz they have more projects like Soul Corporation, Rockefeller, 8Ball, Steve Farris, Simmons & Christopher and these are doing quite some damage around the globe as well! Currently Dennis Christopher is remixing Peter Gelderblom's – Waiting 4 track for Ministry of Sound (UK) which will come out september 2007... Stay tuned for more and get ready to rock! __________________________________________ video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQLv5ot8uKA __________________________________________ MC La Voce Biography Travelling all over the world as a kid, moving from country to country, La Voce was introduced to the club scene at age 15 in Istanbul. During endless summers of music and all night dancing La Voce was exposed to a concoction of multi-cultured people, musical styles, languages, with one common denominator…. The experience of joy at the hands of house music. La Voce started doing gigs during parties surrounding the Dance Parade in Rotterdam which is similar to Berlin’s Love Parade, and was quickly asked to perform at some of Holland’s hottest clubs and parties such as Panama, Paradiso, Hed Kandi, Escape, Mysteryland, and many more. The fever spread and La Voce started working internationally with some wicked winter gigs in Switzerland’s St Moritz (Val Sinestra) and Morgins (Club Milk). Recently he has moved to Hong Kong and performs at all the large Big Fish events in Manila, Philippines. These include Armin van Buuren, Cream, Gatecrasher, Ministry of Sound, and Amnesia. La Voce has had the pleasure of working with almost all the Dutch greats such as Armin van Buuren, Dimitri, Erick E, Groovemaster Johnson, and Dennis Christopher. He has also had the pleasure of working with some phenomenal international; acts including Mr Cee, Timmy Vegas of Soul Central, John Jones, and Therese. During Queens Day La Voce sang the national anthem a capella in front of 5000 people (which he will probably never do again!…). La Voce leaves the music to speak for itself and accentuates the vibe with multi-lingual rhymes, raps, stories, a wicked dance flow, and other wizardry. __________________________________________
